Shipping Damage Information

We take great care in packaging your shipment for a safe arrival. In the unfortunate event that your order has been damaged in shipping. Please Email us with the following information about your order.

  • your full name
  • your order number
  • which items were damaged

Once we have received all of the information indicated above we will file a damage claim with the carrier and immediately replace your damaged items.

Please keep the damaged item(s) for 30 days in case the carrier wants them!
