I can't find the item I'm looking for on your website?

Over the years we have produced many different items under the Chaleur brand name. However, the only items we will be making now and in the future, are the 14oz Masters Collection Coffee Mugs. All available inventory is on our website. If it's not here, we do not have it available for sale.

When will ______ design be back in stock?

There are a total of 88 designs in the Masters Collection. For practical reasons we are unable to stock all designs at once, we generally have 25-30 available at any given time and rotate the designs in and out of production.

Can you notify me when ______ design is back in stock?

You can view all the designs in the Masters Collection by clicking "View All Masters" in the menu to the left, then clicking the "Include Out Of Stock Items" box in the upper right. At that point you will be able to sign up for notification when a particular design is back in stock by clicking the "notify me" link on the design you are waiting for.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Unfortunately at this time we are only able to ship within the United States

Where can I find a Travel Mug lid?

We have completely stopped making the Travel sized coffee mugs. We had one last blow-out sale in November 2011 and we no longer have any stock of Travel mug bodies or lids.
