Shipping Damage Information
We take great care in packaging your shipment
for a safe arrival. In the unfortunate event that your order has
been damaged in shipping. Please
Email us
with the following information about your order.
- your full name
- your shipping address
- the UPS tracking number (found on shipping label, starts with 1Z7Y4683...)
- which items were damaged
All of this information is
necessary for us to successfully file a damage claim with UPS. We
do not make you wait for UPS to settle the claim with us. Once
we have received all of the information indicated above from you we
will immediately replace your damaged items.
Please keep the damaged item(s) for 30 days in case UPS wants them!
